How it works
Four steps, no purchase anywhere. The chest fills on its own; outlaws only need to hold the token and shoot straight.

Fees fill the chest
Every Pons creator fee from the token reaches the SheriffChest contract.
harvest()splits it 90% chest pool, 10% infra. Nothing else ever goes in. - 2⚑
Hold, then take the field
Every 180 s a round opens with a committed seed. Holders spawn free as outlaws with 1 mark; bots fill the empty slots and are labelled.

An arrow moves the marks
One hit eliminates. The victim's marks move to the archer. The outlaw with the most marks is the leader and carries the Sheriff's bounty: fell the leader for +1.

Still standing split the chest
When time is up, the round pot is split among the human outlaws still standing, in proportion to their marks. Settled on-chain with a Merkle root; outlaws claim.
